Born in Poitiers in 1962, Thierry Mouillé lives and works in Paris. A former Villa Medici resident, his work is held in numerous public and private collections. He coordinates Le Laboratoire des intuitions, an art research unit, and founded Fondation mouvante, exploring collaborations between artists and theorists at the edge of art and thought. Recent exhibitions include: Anicroches (Espace culturel Louis Vuitton), Extrapérimental (Angle art center), Méditerrationnel (Galerie Mad, Marseille), Mobile-Immobile (Musée des Beaux-Arts d’Amiens), and Cosmosaïque (Galerie Claudine Papillon, Paris). He is currently working with philosopher David Zerbib on Dynamograma, a multiverse performance project recently presented at the Palais de Tokyo in Paris and in New York. He also directs the journal Intuitive Notebook.
