IFE Atelier – Exhibition Space was founded in March 2025 out of the need of Jessica Sergi and Ludovico Renzi to bring together their respective previous experiences (@sergi_ceramics; @gipsoteca_la_porta_gialla) with the desire to create, in Carrara, a space that offers young artists the opportunity to present their work to the public. Just like the role played by the ife in nature, @spazioife_carrara aims to connect the ceramic studio, the plaster cast gallery, and the exhibition space with each other and with the broader network of artistic initiatives already active in the area. IFE aspires to be a diverse meeting point, hosting art exhibitions, performances, events, workshops, and discussions.
