The POLAU, arts and urbanism pole, is a resource structure accompanying and developing artistic and urbanism projects. It crosses expertise in order to implement a laboratory of cultural urbanism in relation to the territories. The center is located at POINT H^UT – a place for urban creation, in an industrial building rehabilitated by the CONSTRUIRE Agency (Patrick Bouchain and Chloé Bodard).
